BIOGRAPHY

Ruth Mujica is Venezuelan and resides in the USA. She studied Industrial Engineering and Systems Engineering with a Master's degree in University Teaching and a Master's degree in Software Engineering, a University Teaching Specialization, a Doctorate in Educational Technology with a Postdoctoral degree in Science, a Postdoctoral degree in Emerging Research, and a Postdoctoral degree in Artificial Intelligence, Education and Research; all of her graduate work has been approved with Honors. Ruth has an international presence in 36 countries, with a career as a senior researcher, thesis director, methodological advisor, expert juror, thesis examiner, scientific reviewer, academic technological-scientific advisor, pedagogical manager, editor and co-editor of indexed journals, educational coach, systemic therapist, author of books and scientific articles, and also a Microsoft Certified Innovative Educator (MIE) since 2015. Ruth has worked for 14 years in the field of Educational Technology; she is the Founder and CEO of the DOCENTES 2.0® Project of the DOCENTES 2.0 GROUP C.A. and AGLA Digital Solutions LLC, editor-in-chief of the Docentes 2.0 Journals of the Docentes 2.0 Group C.A., co-editor of the UNESCA Panama Journal, and has also served as editor-in-chief of other international scientific journals, including the REVECITEC Journal of the Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín University, known as URBE, until 2020. She is also the National Ambassador of Venezuela recognized by ReviewerCredits, with the mission of collaborating to improve, recognize, and certify scientific journal reviewers worldwide in the peer-review process. To date, she has authored over 2500 educational technology articles, 69 publications in indexed journals, 7 published books, and one book chapter. She has participated in the review of more than 500 scientific articles undergoing peer review, Tutor of 56 research projects at the national and international level in postgraduate studies (doctoral and master's degrees).
